An image looking east at the plain that is located to the south of Mount Tabor looking east. Another way of looking at this is that this area is the northeastern area of the Jezreel Valley.
On the left (north) side of the picture, the southern slope of Mount Tabor is barely visible. On the right (south) side of the image is the Hill of Moreh. In the far distance, the hills of Gilead in modern Jordan are barely visible.
