View looking southeast from one of the lookouts along the road that leads through the Swiss Forest.   In the lower right portion of the image is where the hot springs, and synagogue, of Tiberias are located.

On the far (eastern) shore of the Sea of Galilee the hills of the Golan Heights are visible.  In the upper right portion of the image the chasm of the Wadi Yarmuk is visible in the haze and beyond it the hills of Jordan where Gadara is located.
