Iron Age Palace

View looking east at the Iron Age Palace that is located on the summit of et-Tel.

In the picture are the basalt stone remains of the foundation of a large Neo-Hittite (Aramaen) style (bit-Hilani) palace.  The mud brick superstructure has disintegrated.
